The CleanBore System has the capabilities of bulking hazardous waste for safe transport. Wastes are collected at customer sites, then transported to fuels blending facilities that burn the hazardous waste for energy recovery. The CleanBore can collect solids, liquids and semi-solid materials.
Drums that contain solid/semi-solid materials are loaded onto the rear of the vehicle and the CleanBore System safely vacuum cleans the container and renders it "RCRA Empty".
Once these wastes are collected, the Roberoller System is activated to agitate the wastes within the tanker and within minutes, the solids have been suspended, bringing the wastes to a uniform consistency.
The Benefits of the CleanBore System
- The CleanBore is an excellent alternative to non-bulk hazardous waste shipments
- The process is in compliance with Federal EPA regulations, it's safe, and it can help reduce liabilities as well as cost associated with hazardous waste disposal
- After removing the waste from the 55-gallon drum, the CleanBore continues to clean all residue from inside the drum
- Once the CleanBore cycle is complete, the generator receives a "RCRA Empty" Drum
- The CleanBore System is automated therefore requiring little "hands on" management
- The CleanBore comes equipped with a secondary containment system, a carbon bed filtration system, an on-board fire supression system and other patented engineering designs
The CleanBore will Save You Money
- The CleanBore usually takes about three minutes to remove wastes from two drums simultaneously therefore reducing labor costs
- The Roberoller System suspends your solids within a solution, thus preventing costly sludges from forming within the CleanBore
